RETURN POLICY

* Merchandise must be returned within a maximum of 15 days of receipt.
* Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and undamaged by you and in the original shipping condition.
* Merchandise must have all tags, including all and any DE RENÉ tags in original packaging.
* Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
* Any returned merchandise must accompany all the accessories (including freebies) serviced along with the order else the cost of the same shall be recovered from the refund amount. 
* Cosmetics, Phone accessories, Headbands, Jewelry and Shoe clips cannot be returned.
* For any damaged or defective products, the customer must notify us at customercare@derene.in within a maximum of 2 days of receiving the order.
* We accept returns for store credits only. 
* All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
* Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
* Your refund will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of return package as store credits only.
* Original shipping charges and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.
* Items purchased on a gift card follow the same return policy.
* De René reserve the absolute right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit.
* De René reserve the absolute right to reject returns that are not in the same or original condition in which they were received or otherwise for any reasons De René may reasonably deem fit.
* Unfortunately we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet above criteria or are non-returnable.

The Return Process

* Visit derene.in/returns to begin the returns process.
* Log in to your DE RENÉ account. If you don’t have an account, enter your order number and email ID to find your order.
* Select the order or item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return.
* Once your return request is submitted, we will email you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number.)
* Print your RMA label and place the label on the outside of the package.
* We will arrange to pick up the package from your doorstep.

Refunds & Processing

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 working days after we receive your return as store credits only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit

* Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.derene.in.
* Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
* Please treat Store Credit like cash.
* Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
* Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
* Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
* Store credit never expires.
* Store credit is provided in Indian Rupees.
* Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
* To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your De Rene account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
