SHIPPING CHARGES

Applicable shipping charges will be added to all purchases at the time of checkout.

SHIPPING METHOD

DE RENÉ ships all orders using FedEx Priority and Standard Overnight covering 359 key origins and delivering to 880 major destinations across India.  

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Net Banking and Collect-on-Delivery payment methods. Collect-on-Delivery method accepts check, cash, demand draft or pay order.

PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on the site are in INR and are inclusive of taxes. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time.

USING STORE CREDIT

To use store credit, sign into your DE RENÉ account. You will see your store credit on the "My Account" page. When placing an order and making a new purchase while checking out, you will get an option to use your available store credit. If you do not use the entire store credit, the remainder will go back into your DE RENÉ account to be used on future purchases.

SIZE & MEASUREMENT CHARTS

All DE RENÉ products have stated measurements on the site and have no particular size constraints. If you have specific questions about the fit of an item or measurement details, please email our customer care department at customercare@derene.in and we will be happy to help you. 

ORDERING

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your tote or wishlist are NOT reserved and may be purchased by other customers at any time.  DE RENÉ offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our warehouse. If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Site under your wishlist, we will attempt to notify you by email within 24 hours of the product becoming available on the Site.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Acceptance of your order will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched with dispatch details. 

ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR BAG

When viewing an item on the product detail page, you may add an item to your tote by simply selecting specifying quantity needed.  Then to add the item to your bag, you will simply click the "Add To Bag" tab. 

PLACING AN ORDER

After you have added an item to your tote, you will be prompted to review your tote.  Here, you may review all items in your bag - you can, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page.  Once you have reviewed the items in your bag, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order.

CHECK OUT PROCESS

Step 1 : By clicking the "Check Out" button in your bag, you will be asked to either sign-in to your account or to continue as a guest if you do not have an account. 

Step 2 : If you do not have an account, you will be asked to enter your shipping and billing address information. Make sure that this billing address matches exactly what the card company has on file. If your billing address is the same as your ship to address, you may proceed to the next step. Or, you may edit your shipping address to a different address by clicking edit.

Step 3 : Next choose which shipping method you would like to use for delivery. 

Step 4 : To complete your order, simply confirm by reviewing the order totals and entering in your payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Net Banking and Collect-on-Delivery payment methods. Then click the "Complete Order" button. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and you will receive an email confirmation of your order details.

We are happy to take your order quickly by phone. Please call our customer care department at 011-4569-6006 (Monday to Friday 9:00AM – 6:00PM IST and Saturday-Sunday 10:00AM - 5:00PM IST).

VERIFICATION & SHIPPING

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your card used for payment. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact you directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.
